Privacy Policy and Earning Disclaimer
Last Updated on May 1st 2024
Effective Date: June 10, 2026 — Last Updated: June 10, 2026
These Mobile Messaging & Calling Terms govern the Walter Shed Plans text messaging and telephone contact program (the “Program”) operated by ProfitAds, LLC d/b/a Walter Shed Plans, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, with the assistance of Isell4you (the “Service Provider”) and other third-party service providers acting on our behalf under written contract. ProfitAds, LLC remains responsible for the Program and for all communications sent under it.
By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (SMS/MMS) and telephone calls from Walter Shed Plans at the phone number you provided, including: abandoned-cart and checkout reminders, order and delivery updates, special offers, promotions, and product tips. Messages and calls may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, and calls may use prerecorded or artificial/AI-generated voice messages, including voicemail drops.
Message frequency varies (e.g., up to 4 messages per week, and no more than 3 messages in any 24-hour period on the same matter). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on major U.S. and Canadian carriers; availability may vary.
Texts: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to cancel; you will receive a single confirmation message. Calls: tell the caller or, for prerecorded calls, use the automated opt-out option announced during the call, and you will be added to our internal Do Not Call list. You may also opt out of texts and/or calls by any reasonable method, including emailing support@waltershedplans.com or contacting us at waltershedplans.com/contact; we honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days at most (and typically immediately). Our internal Do Not Call list is retained for at least three years. Opting out of marketing contact does not affect transactional emails or any purchase.
Reply HELP to any message, email support@waltershedplans.com, or visit waltershedplans.com/contact.
We send messages and place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone, and we honor state-specific frequency and timing restrictions, including limits of three contact attempts (calls and texts combined) per 24 hours on the same matter where applicable (e.g., Florida and Oregon). Every call identifies Walter Shed Plans (ProfitAds, LLC) at the outset and provides a contact telephone number. We screen U.S. numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and our internal Do Not Call list where required.
We send commercial electronic messages to Canadian numbers only with your express consent, in compliance with CASL. Every message identifies Walter Shed Plans (ProfitAds, LLC) as sender, and you may unsubscribe at no cost at any time using the methods in Section 4; unsubscribe mechanisms remain functional for at least 60 days after each message. Telephone calls to Canadian numbers comply with the CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules: we (and any telemarketer acting on our behalf) are registered with the National DNCL operator, identify ourselves at the beginning of each call, provide a contact number, honor do-not-call requests immediately, and call only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekends (local time). Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Phone numbers and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy (waltershedplans.com/privacy-policy). Our messaging and calling service providers — including Isell4you — act under written contracts as service providers on our behalf and may not use your phone number for their own purposes or for any other client. We do not sell your phone number.
The Program is offered on an “as is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. We may suspend or terminate the Program, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where required, notified to active subscribers. Disputes related to the Program are subject to the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms & Conditions.

These plans are published here for educational purposes. Some of the older plans here will often need modifications for modern materials, and may need modifications to update them to modern safety standards. They provide conceptual information. Periodic changes in the National Design Specifications for Wood Construction, changes in building materials, snow load variations and the serious impact of deviations from the plan make it imperative that professional services be utilized to tailor these plans to your situation. The creator of this makes no warranty for these plans. You are solely responsible for how you use them. To summarize, we don't encourage anyone to build some of the major projects shown here "as-is" unless you are experienced enough in construction to make allowances to modernize some of the older plans. If you are interested in creating projects from these plans and don't have the requisite knowledge to bring them to modern safety standards, we insist you consult a professional.
