4. LICENSE TO USE THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website and products for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, share, copy, or make available our products or any part thereof to any third party. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE TERMS
5.1 Product Description. When you purchase Walter’s Shed Plans, you receive instant digital access to our complete library of shed plans, blueprints, materials lists, cutting lists, bonus content, and AI-powered building tools through our secure online members area.
5.2 Instant Digital Delivery. You acknowledge that the Product is a digital good delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, access credentials and a welcome email are sent immediately to the email address you provide during checkout. Delivery is deemed complete at the time the access email is sent to the email address provided by you, regardless of whether you open or read that email.
5.3 Acknowledgment of Digital Nature. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are purchasing digital content with instant access; (b) you have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing; (c) delivery occurs immediately upon payment; and (d) this acknowledgment does not waive your rights under our Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 9).
5.4 License. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the plans for your own personal projects. You may not distribute, resell, share, publish, or make available the plans or any portion thereof to any third party by any means.
5.5 Acceptance. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
5.6 Email Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility. You are solely responsible for providing a valid, accurate, and actively monitored email address during checkout. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) automated delivery emails may be filtered by your email provider into spam, junk, promotions, or other secondary folders; (b) it is your responsibility to check all folders — including spam, junk, promotions, updates, and social tabs — for your access credentials upon completing your purchase; (c) failure to receive your access email does not constitute non-delivery if the email was sent to the address you provided; (d) if you do not receive your access email within 15 minutes of purchase, you must contact us at support@waltershedplans.com before taking any other action, including initiating a chargeback or payment dispute; and (e) typographical errors in your email address entered during checkout are your responsibility, and we are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrectly entered email address. We maintain server-side delivery logs confirming the timestamp, recipient address, and delivery status of all transactional emails. These records constitute evidence of delivery in the event of any dispute.
6. COMMUNICATIONS AND EMAIL MARKETING
6.1 Transactional Emails. When you make a purchase, you will receive transactional emails including order confirmations, access credentials, and account-related communications. These are necessary to fulfill your order and are not marketing emails.
6.2 Marketing Communications. By providing your email address during checkout or through any opt-in form on our website, you consent to receive commercial and promotional emails from WalterShedPlans, including but not limited to: product usage tips, woodworking techniques and advice, special offers and discounts, new product announcements, and partner recommendations. Email frequency varies but is typically several times per week. We may also segment, personalize, or automate these communications based on your purchase history and engagement.
6.3 Opt-Out. Every marketing email includes a functional unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@waltershedplans.com. We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your purchase.
6.4 CAN-SPAM Compliance. We fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails to individuals who have not provided their email address through our website. Every commercial email identifies the sender, includes our physical mailing address, and contains a functional unsubscribe mechanism.
6.5 Lead Magnet and Free Content Subscribers. If you provide your email address through a free content offer (such as free shed plans, guides, or other lead magnets) without making a purchase, you consent to receive the promised free content as well as ongoing commercial and promotional emails as described in Section 6.2. The same opt-out rights described in Section 6.3 apply. By submitting your email through any opt-in form, you confirm that you understand you are subscribing to an email list and will receive promotional communications in addition to the free content offered.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, plans, blueprints, and software, is the property of ProfitAds, LLC or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
8. DMCA POLICY
ProfitAds, LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a DMCA Takedown Notice to support@waltershedplans.com containing: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification and location of the infringing material; (d) your contact information; (e) a good faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
9. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, REFUND POLICY, AND CHARGEBACK TERMS
9.1 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We stand behind the quality of our Product. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the Product — meaning the plans, content, or tools do not meet the quality standards described on our website — you may request a full refund within 60 calendar days of your purchase date.
9.2 How to Request a Refund. Email support@waltershedplans.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and your order number. Our support team typically responds within 24–48 hours.
9.3 Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Upon refund, your access to the members area and all digital content will be revoked.
9.4 Scope of Guarantee. Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the Product itself — including plan quality, clarity of instructions, completeness of materials lists, and functionality of digital tools. The guarantee is not intended to cover circumstances unrelated to Product quality, including but not limited to: changes in personal circumstances (health, relocation, schedule changes); inability or decision not to undertake a building project; buyer’s remorse unrelated to Product quality; or third-party issues such as local permit denials, materials availability, or contractor disputes.
9.5 Anti-Fraud and Abuse Protections. We reserve the right to deny, limit, or condition refund requests where we identify conduct consistent with fraud or systematic abuse, including but not limited to: (a) multiple purchase-and-refund cycles by the same individual, household, email, or payment method; (b) accessing or downloading a substantial portion of Product content within 48 hours followed by a refund request; (c) initiating a bank chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team and allowing reasonable time (72 hours) for resolution; (d) using false identity, stolen payment information, or misrepresenting material facts in the purchase or refund process; or (e) any pattern of conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, constitutes abuse of our guarantee policy. For clarity, this section protects against systematic abuse and does not affect legitimate, good-faith refund requests from genuine customers.
9.6 Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer. We resolve most concerns within 24–48 hours. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us: (a) your access to all digital content will be immediately suspended pending resolution; (b) we will provide the payment processor with all available evidence of product delivery, access, and usage, including IP logs, download records, email delivery confirmations, and access timestamps; (c) if the chargeback is found in our favor, we reserve the right to charge a $25 administrative fee to cover dispute processing costs; and (d) repeat chargeback initiators may be permanently banned from future purchases and added to shared merchant fraud databases as permitted by applicable payment network rules.
9.7 Good Faith Commitment. We built this guarantee to give you confidence in your purchase. The vast majority of our customers are thrilled with their plans. If you have any issues at all — whether with the plans, the platform, or anything else — please reach out to us first. We are committed to making it right.

While it draws on extensive woodworking knowledge, it has limitations and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. It is not a substitute for professional construction, engineering, or architectural advice. ProfitAds, LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice. Always verify AI recommendations with a qualified professional.
12. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by ProfitAds, LLC. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion at any time. Changes become effective when we update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. All provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProfitAds, LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the website or products, your construction projects, or your breach of these terms.
18. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND ARBITRATION
18.1 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
18.2 Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be settled by confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration may be conducted remotely via videoconference or telephone at the election of either party. Each party bears one-half of arbitration fees and costs, and each party is responsible for its own attorney fees.
18.3 Arbitration Opt-Out. You may opt out of binding arbitration by sending written notice to support@waltershedplans.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.
18.4 Class Action Waiver. All claims must be brought in the parties’ individual capacity and not as a class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
19. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. Essential cookies load immediately for core site functionality. Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising) are loaded by default to ensure full site and advertising functionality. 20. SPAM POLICY

21. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
23. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProfitAds, LLC regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
